Gate lengths

Default length for new steps

To set the gate length for newly entered steps, select the function.

Use the slider to set the new length:

Leftmost side of the slider sets minimum gate time, rightmost end sets the entire step duration as the gate length.

Editing existing steps

Added in release 2026-10-20

Per-step gate length can be edited as follows:

• Enter gate length edit function by pressing the + combo. Both corresponding function LEDs will light up.

• Select the step to edit,

• Use the slider to set a gate length. Leftmost side of the slider sets minimum gate time, rightmost end sets the entire step duration as the gate length.

• Edit head will automatically advance to the next step.
